LATEST UPDATE: 69Express Construction Has Started!

Construction on the U.S. 69 expansion project (69Express) began the week of January 16. Periodic lane closures and other traffic impacts will occur throughout the three years of construction. Current impacts are overnight lane closures and entrance and exit ramps.

KDOT will hold a Public Information Meeting to overview upcoming construction. The meeting will be held in-person:

There will be no formal presentation. Stop by anytime to speak with the project team and learn about the project. There will also be a virtual/at your own pace opportunity available starting February 28.

Attendees can learn about updates on the 69Express project construction schedule, how tolling works and how to stay up to date on closures. More information will be posted to the 69Express website and sent out to our email list.
