704th Chaplain G's Message
Greetings, 704 BSB Soldiers and Families! This year we have a completely different way of celebrating Easter (Resurrection Sunday) and we have put ourselves and our families in isolation for the sake of health safety. The traditional activities of an Egg Hunt or going to church (Mass) don't appear to be options this year. If we cannot live in the typical physical activities, let us hold on to the source of these traditions, that is to live by the Spirit. Let us personally explore the foundation of this tradition if we have not already and then turn to our children and call our friends to reflect together on the significance of Ressurection Sunday. That is, that Christ Jesus was ressurected by The Father, showing all the world final evidence that Jesus is God in human body and substituted Himself wilfully in our place to take the rightful punishment for our sins and He paid for them in-full. To make a way for us to The Father, that we who believe in Jesus would be risen just as He was risen and we receive new life by receiving Him, life that is eternal! Praise Jesus! Praise Heavenly Father! Praise Holy Spirit! If you are interested in a great inspirational movie (Netflix) or the book, I recommend "The Case for Christ". Chapel services at Fort Carson are available on their corresponding Facebook pages. I pray that God answers your prayers as you bare your heart openly to Him and ask Him for what is good.
Blessings to you all! Chaplain G

Q: With the on-post and off-post DMVs closed, how do I register my vehicle?

A: The El Paso County Department of Motor Vehicles is processing active-duty military non- resident vehicle registration renewals in an alternative manner due to DMV office closures in response to COVID-19.

The DMV continues to offer services through the online website, kiosks and mail services. Soldiers can access the El Paso County DMV website or can call (719) 520- 6240. Frequently Asked Questions are available HERE.
