National Wear Red Day is Approaching

On Friday, February 4th, it's National Wear Red Day. People are encouraged to wear red to raise awareness that heart disease is the number one killer of women in the United States. We will also be posting a special blog post next Friday on steps to help you live a more heart healthy lifestyle.
