January 30, February 6, February 13 - Drop into The Link Haliburton or Zoom with Thom Lambert from County Tourism. Learn how to use Meta Business, Make a Reel, Make the Most of Google Business. Great for artists wanting to increase their reach and marketing how-to!

Pay-as-you-go painting classes at Boathouse Studio in Carnarvon run all year round and have been going for 7+ years. Mon. or Tues at 10-12 or 1-3. $15 per class. Beginners welcome. For those that want to try oil paints, there is a $5 fee for in-class use. Email: [email protected]

December 1 - March 31 - The ACHH's Art in Public Spaces committee presents its Ian Varney’s showcase at its new location The Link in partnership with HCDC. Ian Varney is a member of the Arts Council and the first to be featured in this new location. The Link is Haliburton’s new co-working/meeting location hotspot brought to the community by HCDC and is beautifully designed by ACM Designs.

Call for Entry - "DREAM" - Rails End Gallery's Annual Salon Exhibition February 10 - April 13.

A themed exhibition of newer works by members of Rails End Gallery and Arts Centre. The 2024 theme/title is DREAM. As usual this theme is food for thought and open to interpretation. It is intended to be challenging and hopefully, drive your imagination as well as that of audiences. Each Artist is invited to include a brief statement about their entry and we encourage you to use it to expand on your thoughts about DREAM and your entry. How to Enter: Complete online application and deliver work to gallery by Feb 3 at 3 pm. Entry is open to ALL members of Rails End Gallery and Arts Centre. (you can join online if you are not yet a member). Drop off artwork dates: January 26,27 and February 1,2,3 or by arrangement.
