Daytime Resource Center Set to Move; Afternoon Appointments for Case Management a Big Improvement

Starting Wednesday, June 29th, CCEH's daytime Resource Center will operate out of the winter shelter building behind our 238 N. Main Street administration building, with case management services scheduled by appointment in the afternoon to help bring more individualized case management services to clients.

Lincoln Financial Foundation Grant


The Concord Coalition to End Homelessness received a $20,000 grant from the Lincoln Financial Foundation for 2022. These funds will help ensure CCEH can continue our work providing ongoing supportive services to people experiencing chronic homelessness in our community.

NH Gives a Huge Success for CCEH

For the seventh year in a row, CCEH participated in NH Gives and raised nearly $20,000 in 24 hours from 117 unique donors.

The CCEH daytime Resource Center staff are excited for the move back to 238 N. Main and look forward to continuing to provide case management and support to all of our clients.

A big congratulations to our Outreach Services Coordinator Connor Spern and our board member Miles Whitener on being elected to serve on the Executive Committee of New Hampshire's Balance of State Continuum of Care. We know their voices within this important group will be greatly beneficial to individuals experiencing homelessness throughout NH!
