Hello Kerri,

Please join us for our Thursday morning breakfast meeting at the Pig 'N Pancake at 8:30 A.M. on Thursday, the 15th. Sally Freeman, of Fort Clatsop, will be our speaker.  At every meeting we have a 50/50 Drawing for various prizes. Buy tickets for $1 each and the grand prize winner will receive 50% of the money collected with the remaining 50% going to the Downtown Beautification Fund. The Grand Prize winner also receives 50% off your next meal at the Pig 'N Pancake.

Our Board of Directors will meet Wednesday, September 21st. Please feel free to contact any of our Board Members with any ideas, questions, or concerns.

Meet the Candidates

AAUW Seaside Branch with the support of The Astorian/Seaside Signal will have a Candidate's Forum, September 28th, starting on 6:30 PM at Seaside City Hall. Candidates for Seaside's and Gearhart's City Councils will be invited to participate. The forum is scheduled to end by 8 PM. The public is invited. It will also be live streamed. Candidates will be asked questions submitted by the audience. This is not a debate. Responses will be time limited.

Cruise ships are back in Astoria with excursion groups coming to Seaside. Tour numbers will be released closer to the date of the tour. If the groups aren't very large, we will not make separate posts.
