ELRC Updates
Welcome Emily Diep, STARS Quality Coach!
After working in the Healthcare field for 14 years, I decided to change careers after receiving my Bachelors. I have worked in Early Childhood Education for 7 years and absolutely love shaping little minds. I am super excited to hit the ground running with Child Care Consultants.

I grew up and live in Camp Hill with my roommate, caretaker, and partner Lane. We built a house along the Conodoguinet Creek. I spend most of my time with him and always working around the house on little projects.

When I can get away from that, I love to spend time with my family and 4-year-old nephew. In fact, family is super important to me. I love the outdoors. I enjoy running, swimming, and going for a bike or scooter ride.
CONGRATULATIONS TO CROSSPOINT & LANCASTER YWCA!

Crosspoint Child Care Center and the Lancaster YWCA were recognized as GOLD recipients of the 2022 Pennsylvania's Equity in Early Childhood Education (ECE) Champion Awards!
