Director Boot Camp Spring 2022 Series
To date, we have trained over 220 new Directors/Asst. Directors/Admin in our Director Boot Camp series. If you, or someone in your program, would benefit from this 5 week Community of Practice that gives an overview of DHS, STARS/CQI, Family Engagement, Business Practices & Leadership, share this flyer with them. We are now registering for our Spring series, running on Tuesday mornings from April 5th – May 3rd. All of the details can be found on the flyer along with the registration link. Registration closes March 4th and will be limited to the first 30 registrants. The series is FREE and course materials will be delivered to you the week prior to the first session.
If you are not “new” to your position, but feel that a refresher would be helpful, you are also welcome to register! Each week will be a two hour training with multiple opportunities for you to go into breakout rooms and discuss things with your cohort group. You’ll interact with the same 4-6 people each week, allowing you to make connections and form relationships. It is our hope that these connections will last long after boot camp ends.
Please note: The Director Boot Camp series is intended for Directors in ELRCs 8, 9 and 10 only. If you are a Family or Group provider, be on the lookout for our Family/Group Boot Camp series registration. We will be offering this in late Spring 2022.
