The Olympic Club,

Starting in February 2016, we renovated all of the bunkers on the Lake Course at the Olympic Club. The renovation included all new drainage, Capillary Concrete liner, irrigation, sand and sod for all of the bunkers. All of the green surrounds were regraded and re-sodded.

We renovated the infamous 14th green complex at Pebble Beach, by rebuilding the putting surface to USGA specifications. The new green features approximately 50% more pinnable area. As part
of the renovation, the green-side bunkers were rebuilt using all new drainage, StaLok bunker
liner and sand.

This Spring, we renovated select tees, the 6th green complex and installed a completely new irrigation system at Laurel Valley Golf Club. The renovation also included adding a fairway bunker on hole #10 and installing a new pump station.

We are renovating the 17th hole tee complex to increase the hitting area and introduce fescue grass to improve the aesthetics of the tee complex.

This past week, we started a project at Mount Vernon Country Club. The renovation includes a stream restoration, irrigation pond dredging, fairway renovations, bunker renovations, water feature construction, bridge construction.

This fall, we will renovate all the bunkers at the historic Canterbury Golf Club, as well as install drainage infrastructure and rebuild select tees.
The bunkers will be built using Better Billy Bunker.
