UPCOMING EVENTS - WEEK OF AUGUST 10, 2020
Sewer Cleaning - Hampton Road Between Knight Road & Finn Road
The Hampton Township DPW will begin cleaning the sewer system along Hampton Road between Knight and Finn Roads this week. Please note that you may experience some water splashing out of your toilet and an odor if your vent pipe is plugged so it is recommended that you keep your toilet seat cover down.

We understand that this cleaning process may be an inconvenience, but cleaning and assessing the sewer system not only helps maintain the system but also helps locate areas that may be plugged. By identifying and fixing known problems, we are hopefully preventing future issues such as major back-ups of sewage in basements.
Hampton Township's Economic Development Strategy
Please join us Monday, August 10th, 2020, at 7:00 PM for the launch of Hampton Township’s Economic Development Strategy at the Board of Trustees meeting.

This strategy is the culmination of a months-long effort to understand and measure Hampton Township’s assets and challenges, identify economic opportunities, and position our community for a resilient future.

You may choose to participate either in person at the Hampton Township Hall, 801 W. Center Rd, Essexville, or virtually on Zoom by registering at the link below.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. You may register at any time before or during the meeting.
Finn Road Park & Boat Launch Road Closure - 8/10/20 - 8/13/20
The Finn Road Park road north of the park entrance will be closed as well as the boat launch beginning on Monday, August 10th through Wednesday, August 13th. Weather may affect the closure dates.

The Bay County Road Commission will be working on repairing the road and making necessary improvements.
