Emergency Video Notarization: We are happy to share that all NC notaries are allowed to perform Emergency Video Notarizations (EVN) again. Our office was informed Monday that the Senate voted to override the veto of House Bill 556 - which was vetoed over an unrelated matter - to allow EVNs to be active again. This law will remain in place until July 1, 2025 at 12:01am.
