Meet our Volunteer of the Month:
Bonnie Warrington
I have been volunteering at the library for too many years to count! As I come in to volunteer each week I see so many different families that I have known for years. It is very heartwarming to catch up with old friends and neighbors. I might even run into my own family members.
I could not imagine a better place to be. I enjoy working with my co-volunteer, Claire, and we always spend some time catching up each week. I also make sure to keep my eye out for new materials I’d like to check out while I’m helping with shelving.
I have many favorite volunteer moments but my favorite would be helping a child find a favorite book, and the smile that shows up on his face is so rewarding.

The Foreign Policy Association’s Great Decisions is America’s largest discussion program on world affairs. Groups throughout the U.S. read the Great Decisions Briefing Book, watch videos, and discuss the most critical global issues facing America today.
