MIFC Night at Sounders' last regular-season match!
Join us for the Sounders final game of the regular season vs. the San Jose Quakes at 1:30pm Sun., Oct. 28. We have a block of seats reserved for MIFC, and tickets will go fast so get yours today! Last year, over 300 tickets were sold to MIFC families for the MIFC night at the Sounders match!

A Wonderful Fall Celebration!
On September 9th we had a fantastic event at S. Mercer to kick-off the fall soccer season. Beverly Yanez, veteran star of Seattle Reign FC, and Colin Rigby, Head Coach of MIHS boys soccer, were our fabulous keynote speakers. Coach Elliot Fauske was our stupendous emcee. Team pictures were taken. MIFC gear was distributed. Delicious food was served. And awesome raffle prizes were given away! In short, a fun time was had by all!

Three MIFC alumni and 2018 MIHS graduates are now competing at the college level:
  • Kendall Riley is playing for the University of Nevada in Reno, NV.
  • Paige Robertson is playing for Macalester College in St. Paul, MN.
  • Reis Kissel is playing for Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, NY.

These young boys are already playing advanced soccer with ball control, passing, and teamwork. It's an impressive site!
MIHS Varsity Girls continue to dominate!
Last year, MIHS girls soccer took the state title, and this year they are looking to repeat! After their first game of the season resulted in a scoreless tie vs. Skyline, the Islander ladies have gone on a six-game winning streak to stand alone at the top of the KingCo table.
