At Material Motion, we believe that the strength of any company is directly tied to the strength of it's people. In today's climate, where businesses around the world have been wholly impacted by the pandemic, logistics can become a nightmare, and so having the right person at the helm of our logistics department has proven to be so critical. This is where Suya Wang comes into the picture.

A native of Xinyang, China, Suya moved to the United States from Japan with her husband and young son to attend college at the University of Tennessee, where she received a degree in Supply Chain Management. Upon graduation in 2008, and with a newborn girl now in the picture, Suya and her family relocated to Atlanta, GA where she started her new career with Material Motion. Anyone who has ever been lucky enough to work with Suya knows that she is very diligent about her work and if you ask her to help you make the impossible happen, 9 times out of 10 she comes through, though the probability of failure never keeps her from giving it her all. Suya and her team handle the import of more than 1,000 containers every year, aside from many other responsibilities within our organization. During her 12 years with Material Motion, Suya has proven herself to be a vital component to our company's success and we feel very fortunate to have her as a leader within our team!

Suya's son, Jett, is currently studying computer science at Georgia Tech, where her husband is a research scientist. Her daughter, Phoebe, is in middle school near Snellville, where they live. In Suya's spare time, she enjoys sewing, shopping, and reading.
