As the newest member of our team ("5 weeks and going strong", in his words), Rylee has already begun to show us his big personality and mind for innovation and outside-the-box thinking.

The fact that Rylee split his college career between two rival schools in the same state (Ole Miss and Mississippi State) would be something that could be easily overlooked upon first impression, however, in knowing Rylee for just a few short weeks, something about this just makes sense for him. Rylee is the kind of employee that you never have to worry about falling short of his duties or lacking a full plate of work. Upon completion of his tasks, we find that he has already moved on to other initiatives like reviewing our internal processes for potential improvements or helping to update outdated marketing materials. After only a few weeks of learning about our business, he is comfortable and competent in vocalizing his views and providing feedback in team settings and is always willing to spearhead a project when the opportunity arises. We look forward to getting to learn more about Rylee and know that we will find many uses for his unique perspective and skills.

Rylee is a graduate of Mississippi State University. He and his wife, Lauren, currently reside in Tucker, GA, where they live with their two dogs; a redbone coonhound named Jack and a golden retriever named Maggie. Outside of work, Rylee enjoys playing golf, running, gardening, and Dungeons & Dragons.
