The Farmington River Stewards work toward preserving and protecting the river through education, recreation, and outreach events. With special challenges this summer, they found innovative ways to continue to engage the community in safe and fun ways of experiencing the Farmington.

The Farmington River Coordinating Committee (FRCC) works with the local watershed organization - Farmington River Watershed Association (FRWA) - which advocates for good watershed policy at federal, state and local levels.
The River Connections video features the Farmington River and the River Stewards.
