Welcome to August!! We have come to live a little in a virtual world and while some are adapting well, others are not. What I have found important to remember is that no matter our location, we can continue to make a difference in the lives of our customers and clients. We can also continue to build up our fellow REALTORS® in how we act, and what we say. I want to take a minute to thank you all and applaud you for keeping your clients, customers and fellow agents safe and taking many different precautions for them as well as your own family as you continue to do business. We all are one family and we need to remember that while we agree and disagree, it is important to maintain respect to everyone...MORE>>>

Showcase the expertise you bring as a REALTOR® by using the "That’s Who We R" marketing assets developed by the National Association of REALTORS®. Commercial Corner: Practice Caution as you Reopen
COVID-19 and its long reaching effects continue to change the way we conduct our everyday business, and commercial real estate practitioners are learning to adapt to these changes on a daily basis. Understanding what is happening locally and on a national level is critical to long term success. These links are to a webinar and slideshow hosted by NAR Chief Economist, Lawrence Yun’s July Commercial Update.

The National Association of REALTORS® Tech department met early this month to discuss how commercial agents should 1) take advantage of emerging technology in order to better address the needs of their clients now, but also into the future, 2) beware of companies that are selling short term solutions, 3) understand the pros and cons of software that tracks employee’s health information.
