Quick update on the Beverly Shuttle
The RFP for the Beverly shuttle service to area businesses went out on Oct 31st. Bids are due back by 28 Nov and vendor selection will begin in December with the goal of starting service in January-just in time for the winter!

MBTA announces new Commuter Pass Program-PERQ for Work
The MBTA has rebranded its corporate pass program to better communicate the 'PERQs' that both employers and employees receive by purchasing monthly passes on a pre-tax basis.

Introducing our Newest TMA Member-Holmes Beverly!
Holmes Beverly recently joined the North Shore TMA. This luxury apartment building located in the heart of Beverly, steps to the Beverly depot train station boosts amenities such as: telecommuting enabled office, secure garage parking, and secure bike storage with tune-up facility. The TMA is excited to develop programs to support residents' car-free and car-light lifestyles.

Starting Dec 1st: Green to Work/Green to School Program with better incentives!
If you carpool, vanpool, bike, walk, take public transit or telecommute at least 2 days a week, you are eligible to register for the Green to Work Program.

Anyone who registers (or is already registered and confirms their commute via a forthcoming email) will be entered into a $100 one-time raffle to be drawn Dec 19th. Then every quarter, confirm your commute and get entered into a $250 gift card raffle!

·  Lynn: Wednesday, Nov 28, 6:30 p.m., Lynn City Hall, 3 City Hall Square, Lynn, Mass

Public meetings for the design work that will eventually extend the Northern Strand community bike path through Lynn will be held in various locations throughout the month of November.  See the existing and planned path extensions.
