NEW YORK, Integrative Ayurvedic Coaching, Inc. today launched its new website at www.AyurvedicCoaching.com. The company provides coaching for organizations and employees in the ancient science of Ayurveda, the traditional health system utilized for centuries by yogis and sages.
Chris Clark, MD, one of the company’s founders says, “The company has adapted this ancient knowledge so it is compatible with modern medicine and the busy lifestyle of today’s executives. There is a growing awareness of the effectiveness of traditional systems of health. But care must be taken with any traditional system to make sure the remedies are safe and compatible with modern medicine. We formed this new company with that in mind.”
Dr. Clark and attorney Jay Marcus, a co-founder of the new company, recently authored “A Yogi in the Boardroom,” published by CEOWORLD Magazine. The article describes some of the health benefits from the diet, meditation, yoga, and daily routines taught by the new company, but also how this ancient knowledge can help executives understand the best times of day for successful client and other meetings and the jobs a person is likely to be good at and find enjoyable.

What people are saying about the best-selling One Unbounded Ocean of Consciousness
|
This is a remarkable book. It elegantly weaves a tapestry that connects mind and body and material science to spirituality in a completely logical and immensely readable framework. Dr Nader delightfully takes us by the hand on a journey through science and philosophy, covering such diverse topics as quantum physics, ethics and religion, neuroscience and daily life. Along the way we find ourselves pondering the deepest questions we have all had in refreshing new ways. The book winds up being a revelation but also happily brings difficult Intractable life issues out of a muddle and Into light. It was for me one of those rare books that can change how you see the world. And for the better!

Exclusive excerpts from One Unbounded Ocean of Consciousness
“The mind is like an ocean, with thoughts as waves on its surface. The deeper you dive in the ocean of the mind, the quieter and more settled it becomes,” writes Tony Nader, M.D., Ph.D., M.A.R.R., in this excerpt from his new best-selling book. He explores sleeping, dreaming, and waking states, and the fourth state, Transcendental Consciousness, which he calls the “square one” prerequisite for higher stages of growth. READ MORE

NEXT U.S. NATIONAL YAGYA℠ PERFORMANCE MAY 12 – 22
Through Yagya everything is possible. Underline the words: Everything is possible. —Maharishi
The next USA National Yagya performance will incorporate—and gain strength from—Akshaya Tritiya, the Day of Auspicious Beginnings for Lasting Achievements, on May 14.
According to the Vedic texts, this was the day when the ancient Rishis performed the first Yagya in the history of humankind. This event also marks the beginning of a time when people lived happily in tune with Natural Law.
The special quality of this day is expressed in the word Akshaya, which means nondecaying or everlasting. Launching new endeavors and resolutions on this most auspicious day is said to bring long and lasting success, particularly when supported by a Yagya.
The Sankalpa (intention) of the Yagya will be:
Coherence, peace, health, and prosperity
for the United States―and all of its people.

Maharishi Mahesh Yogi on Progress vs. Pressure 48:26
|
|
Bob Roth and Mario Orsatti discuss a 1974 talk with executives
Bob Roth, CEO of the David Lynch Foundation (DLF), joins host Mario Orsatti to discuss a 1974 video of Maharishi talking with business executives. With points as important today as they were nearly 50 years ago, Maharishi explains the importance of TM practice for eliminating the buildup of pressure that inhibits the progress of one’s professional and personal life.
Maharishi Mahesh Yogi is the Founder of the Transcendental Meditation program. He brought the TM technique from India to the West in 1959. Since then, more than 10 million people of all ages, cultures, and religions have learned the technique.
In 1963, Maharishi recorded the book Science of Being and Art of Living, which was transcribed and published in 15 languages. His second book, published in 1967, was the Bhagavad-Gita: A New Translation and Commentary. He wrote many more books and circled the world numerous times, speaking with world leaders and lecturing widely.
Maharishi also inspired a scientific quest for enlightenment. Over 700 published studies on the TM technique have demonstrated its far-reaching benefits—better health and longer life, greater intelligence and creativity, fulfilling relationships and work success, reducing societal stress and helping create peace.

Transcendental business
Cebrian isn’t the only European entrepreneur singing the praises of bringing a more spiritual mindset into the workplace.
Jos Verhoeven is the founder of Netherlands-based designer hat business ID Hats, and a strong believer in the power of transcendental meditation in business.
Transcendental meditation, or TM as it’s often called, is a form of silent meditation pioneered by Indian guru Maharishi Mahesh Yogi in the 1950s. The meditation technique is based on repeating an internal sound or mantra to one’s self as a means of clearing the mind of other thoughts.
The spiritual practice has been praised by celebs ranging from The Beatles to Hugh Jackman, and has been found to potentially lower blood pressure. For Verhoeven, TM is a valuable tool for making better decisions.
“TM takes care of a clear mind, and a clear mind feeds intuition,” he says.
Intuitive knowledge, as Verhoeven defines it, is what we use in making decisions that go beyond the numbers, metrics or bottom line.
“I use intuitive intelligence every day,” he says. “When you have a clear mind you ask yourself questions like, how do I feel about this? Is this good for the short term or for the long term? Is this good for the environment? Is this good for me? Is this good for my coworkers?”
The business of meditation
Verhoeven is convinced that his meditation practice has been a big factor in his business’s success, and some startups are now starting to sell that idea to other companies.

Transcendental Meditation + 16th Century Air Spirits: Thomas Cohen on New Music Project Sylph
|
|
What has been your Covid experience, especially as a father of two?
Towards the end of 2019 I had an overwhelming feeling that something was ending. None of us could have foreseen the contemporary plague that was about to happen, but that emotion led me back to Transcendental Meditation, which I’d learnt in 2014. I never stopped practicing it, but fell out of the habit of twice a day everyday and would use it more ceremonially. It had a profound effect upon me, and now it’s at the core of my being. I can’t imagine life without my forty minutes a day.
What is it like?
Pure bliss consciousness, the unified field, loss of trauma and processing and overcoming of the more unstable emotions of being human…and replacing them with infinite light. Once you transcend you know what it really means to “go out,” and you become immune to any contemporary anxieties. It should be ingrained in the human experience, but that concept is too overwhelming for me to expand upon.
TM has an equally profound effect upon your creative process. You constantly are presented with melodies and ideas fully formed, these melodies are on an eternal loop throughout the universe. As musicians we are just here to channel them.
