New eBook - Maharishi speaks on Positivity
From a much-loved lecture from 21 March 1971 in Mallorca
Maharishi says, "There is a story that Guru Dev used to say sometimes. See, there was a saint somewhere and all the time he was found to be so happy and so blissful and everything nice ... And he was famous for not having spoken to anyone anything that is less than good..."

Maharishi explains how we gain the natural and constant flow of positivity and joy in our lives as we grow in consciousness. This eBook with audio from this lecture along with the text, includes some special pictures of Maharishi.

To open the eBook, click here or on the picture above. We highly recommend viewing it on a computer with Google Chrome as this gives a very full and enjoyable experience. Nine Days of Mother Divine and the Birth of Raam

The next 11-day National Yagya for the USA will be performed during the Spring Nine Days of Mother Divine, Navaratri. The Yagya will continue through Raam Navami, celebrating the birth of Raam on April 21.

Mother Divine represents the unbounded creativity and supreme nourishing quality of Nature, while Raam represents infinite organizing power. Together, these fundamental aspects of Nature bring support and success to every endeavor and every field of life.

Our Maharishi Jyotish Pandits emphasize that this is one of the most powerful periods in the Vedic calendar to sponsor a Yagya—when the Laws of Nature are liveliest for fulfillment of desires in all areas of life: success and prosperity, health and longevity, intelligence and enlightenment, and relief from fear.

The Sankalpa (intention) of the Yagya will be:
Coherence, peace, health, and prosperity
for the United States―and all of its people.

Nature or Nurture—or Both? Simple Answers to the Big Questions in Life 18:44
Dr. Tony Nader in Conversation with Bob Roth
Is the health, happiness, and success of our lives determined by DNA or by upbringing? In this conversation, Dr. Tony Nader talks with Bob Roth about the new field of epigenetics, and how transcending allows us not only to live healthier, happier lives now, but also to pass on its benefits to the next generation.

For eight evenings, March 24 through March 31, 2021, Dr. Nader joined Bob Roth’s online Group Meditation with thousands of meditators around the country on TM Connect, followed by a conversation about Dr. Nader’s new e-book One Unbounded Ocean of Consciousness: Simple Answers to the Big Questions in Life (Penguin Random House, April 1, 2021).

They talked about a new topic every night. This video, of the sixth conversation on March 29, takes up the question of “Nature vs. Nurture—or Both?” As a medical doctor, neuroscientist, and authority on the science of consciousness, Dr. Nader explains the field of epigenetics and its fundamental discoveries and import for our lives.

Maharishi gives an inspiring vision of how the TM Program can transform modern life to strengthen and balance every phase of human existence: "There is nothing a Meditator can't do because he is open to the infinite.”

Question: How do individuals fulfill their potential through the practice of TM?

Answer: Every individual is born with that great potentiality which is hidden within one's self. Through meditation we take our attention to that, bring that unboundedness to our awareness, live every phase of life with that awareness, and thereby strengthen every phase of relative existence with this light of the Absolute.

Question: What is the Nature of Life?

New study shows Transcendental Meditation reduces teacher burnout and improves resilience
Teachers who participated in a meditation-based teacher development program utilizing the Transcendental Meditation (TM) technique for four months, had significant improvements in emotional exhaustion (the leading factor in burnout), resilience, perceived stress, fatigue, and depression according to a new randomized controlled trial published today in Frontiers in Education.

"Teachers are under high levels of stress as they are asked every day to support their students' learning amidst numerous challenges," said Laurent Valosek, lead author of the study and executive director of the Center for Wellness and Achievement in Education. "This study demonstrates the benefits of meditation for strengthening teachers' mental and physical health. There is a growing body of research on the harmful effects of burnout and the need for resilience. School districts are looking to give their teachers tools for reducing fatigue and emotional exhaustion to support a more effective, sustainable teaching experience and better student outcomes."

What is Transcendental Meditation?

by: Brendan Kirby Apr 7, 2021
If you are searching for a valuable and easy technique which has the ability to greatly enhance so many aspects of your life, Transcendental Meditation could be just right for you.

The benefits of TM start right away, and continue to grow with each passing day. Hours of independent studies and an abundance of research have found that it provides significant increases in calmness, creativity, energy, clarity of mind, and happiness. Best of all? It’s simple; meaning anyone can do it and start reaping the rewards immediately. From healthcare workers and first responders to veterans, young people and beyond, it can help so many.

Over Zoom on ‘The Rhode Show’ this morning, Brendan Kirby – who practices TM – caught up with Bob Roth, CEO of The David Lynch Foundation, to learn more.
