in the Art Supply Store...

We have a lot of favorite art supplies in our store. A lot of creativity down every isle and a knowledgeable staff to help you find what you are looking for.

One of our favorite things in the art supply store are these unique Faber-Castell watercolor pencils. They are fabulous! Use dry - apply water - layer colors using Polychromos artists colored pencils that are smudge proof and water resistant to create one of a kind works of art!

Albrecht Dürer artists' watercolor pencils provide artists with great versatility of expression when drawing, shading and painting in watercolors. High-quality materials, combined with over 250 years of experience, have resulted in watercolor pencils that produce unsurpassed watercolor effects and vibrancy.

The colored surface can be transformed with only a few fine or broad brush strokes to reveal the full and unique power of the colors. Depending on the paper being used, the pigments can be completely dissolved, and will then behave in the same way as classic watercolor paints.

Albrecht Dürer pencils contain the highest quality pigments for unsurpassed lightfastness. Color laydown is buttery smooth, and blending is effortless when wet. Color effects become permanent when dry.

Book review

365 Days of Art in Nature: Find Inspiration Every Day in the Natural World

We are all about getting creative! This book is a great way to give yourself a creative challenge and use those creative muscles!

In 365 Days of Art in Nature, Lorna Scobie invites the reader to take a closer look at the natural world - whether that's outside on location or inside their own home - reminding us all that regardless of whether we live in the city or the countryside, wildlife is just on our doorstep.

Observe the slow, constant pace of the nature that surrounds you every day, and use it to inspire you in your art and creativity. Activities may include visiting a particular tree four times in the year and drawing it. How has it changed? Study the colors you find in autumn leaves. Explore drawing them in different materials.

Featuring nature-inspired quotes, breakaway activities to get you outdoors and plenty of supportive prompts and tips, this book will spark your imagination and help you to open your eyes and appreciate the natural beauty in our world.

It was so fun to see you all that showed up for the PRIDE parade in Missoula. We had a great time on the Frame of Mind Float!

Check out our store for your much needed pride gear. We have an assortment of things to help you support our Pride community, whether it be during Pride month or all year long.
