Continuing the Momentum: Another Key ELECTRI Study Released
ELECTRI International is pleased to share our latest study, Managerial Strategies for Improving Project Level Cash Flows and Payment Terms, authored by John Killingsworth. This research identifies, defines, and rates a range of managerial strategies electrical contractors can use to strengthen project-level cash flow — a challenge consistently cited by contractors across the industry and prioritized by the ELECTRI Council.
The report is supported by several video tutorials covering:
• The Construction Payment Cycle
• The Estimate, Schedule of Value, and Invoices (Application for Payment)
• Project Level Cash Flow
You’ll also find additional tools, including training presentations, worksheets, and a glossary of accounting terms to support continued learning on the website. For those interested in in-person training, contact education@necanet.org.
