2026 Executive Management Institute
February 10 - 14, 2026 Washington, DC
You’re invited to secure your spot in NECA’s Executive Management Institute! This premier leadership educational program is designed specifically for executives and senior managers in the electrical contracting industry.
For three and a half days, you’ll step away from daily operations and immerse yourself in advanced management concepts, analytical tools, and real-world case studies that will strengthen your ability to lead and grow your company.
Registration Fee: $3,950 For your application to be considered you must submit the following:
- A completed application form
- A curriculum vitae (CV) or resume highlighting your relevant experience

A letter of recommendation from a senior leader in your company; if you are the most senior executive in your firm, a notation of this is sufficient.
All participants are required to apply and be recommended by their company's senior leadership to attend EMI. Application packets can be submitted via email to education@necanet.org.
