LOOKING FORWARD

Happy 2025! As we step into the new year, I am thrilled to share updates on our recent progress and upcoming initiatives. January has been an exciting month filled with planning, strategy, and teamwork. We've finalized a comprehensive event schedule for 2025, streamlining our operations to enhance efficiency, and kicked off our ambitious Membership Campaign to meet with over 200 IMA members before our next Trade Show. I've had the pleasure of meeting with so many great people, and I can hardly wait to see and do more (which is quite a statement considering I am by nature an introvert).

As we look forward into 2025, we have some exciting opportunities to make connections, promote manufacturing, and support our members. The Goldratt Theory of Constraints two-part workshop is coming up February 5th and 19th, and you don't want to miss that. It could be some time before we have the opportunity to bring that back to Idaho. Additionally, we are hosting the EmpowerHER Luncheon for women in manufacturing on March 27th, and the Connect Conference (aka ConnectCon) which is fun day of making intentional connections. And of course, don't forget the 2nd Annual Golf Tournament on July 18th . We have many more fun networking events coming in 2025 so please keep an eye out on out bulletin for updates!

Oh, and one more thing. We will be recruiting for both the Board of Directors and the Ambassador Committee in the next month. If you are interested in engaging and giving your time and talents in support of the manufacturing industry, I encourage you to submit your interest at: https://www.idmfg.org/board-or-committee-interest-form/.

Your continued support and engagement makes all of this possible. Stay tuned for updates on our initiatives and to reach out with any ideas or feedback. Together, we’ll ensure IMA remains the leading voice for manufacturing in Idaho.

All my best,

Gina Robison - Executive Director
