Seeley Building
Construction on the Seeley Building is projected to conclude this fall. The project is located on the site of a former City bus depot at 630 Last Chance Gulch. The end result is intended to be a 64,800 square foot mixed-use, multi-story structure that includes a parking garage on the lower level, a blend of retail and office space along with upper-level housing, some of which is deed-restricted affordable housing.
Shodair Hospital
The full building permit has been issued to Shodair Hospital for their new facility on 2755 Colonial Drive. This facility replaces the old hospital and other buildings.
Montana Heritage Museum
The City has received the full building permit package for the new Montana heritage Center. Construction is expected to start later this summer.
