September 12th, 3-6pm@ Kickstand Apply to Old Navy Workshop!


Drop by Kickstand for a group workshop! We will be going through the This Way ONward online program through mybgc and then assisting youth in filling out their applications! Come prepared with your resume to make the most of this session.

This course provides pre-employment support for first-time job seekers and helpful advice for folks early into their careers.

No pre-registration required!

Accessing health care can often be an overwhelming and stressful experience. In collaboration with hospital staff, the Volunteer Resources Department works to design rewarding volunteer programs that offer volunteers various roles throughout the hospitals. Our volunteers commit to assisting patients, their families and staff, focusing on positive patient experiences.

Kaleido is a wildly joyful, wonderfully wacky, radically open celebration of the arts in the heart of the Alberta Avenue Arts District. This year’s theme is hearts a-glowin’, and we’re lighting up the streets with music, theatre, dance, zany street performances, mouthwatering eats, vibrant artisans, pop-up galleries, and magical moments.

From alleys to rooftops, from parks to pavement, Kaleido is taking over Alberta Avenue from 90-95 Street with creativity everywhere. Come dance, play, and celebrate 20 years of art, love, and community with us!
