Volunteer Opportunities

Share your time, skills and energy with one of the many services or programs the city offers.

Your involvement makes a difference.

The Leaders in Training (LIT) program is for youth (ages 13-17) to develop leadership skills and gain valuable practical experience while having fun with children.

It allows youth to give back to their community and earn leadership hours for school.

A Leader In Training supports City of Edmonton recreation leaders to run summer programs for children.

Founded in 1999 by the Edmonton Horticultural Society, Canadian Union of Postal Workers, and the City of Edmonton to celebrate attractive front yards in Edmonton to celebrate attractive front yards in Edmonton.
