A Word from Our IMC DFW President

Greetings Fellow Consultants,

Our IMC DFW Chapter had a successful year in 2023:

- We resumed our Richard Tozer Innovation & Leadership Award by partnering with Texas Consilium and recognized the world’s greatest living consultant: Dr. Ram Charan. We received a lot of positive feedback about this year's awards ceremony, including the interactive interview moderated by Emmy award-winning reporter Jeff Crilley, which should be up on our YouTube Page soon. Our sponsor for this event was Austin Industries, a former client of Dr. Charan.

- We Increased IMC’s Visibility in The Marketplace While Promoting Ethics, I represented our chapter by participating in over a dozen Fox Radio interviews about several current ethics issues in society.

- We Participated in a UT-Dallas Project with undergraduate students to brainstorm ways to improve the chapter’s visibility in the marketplace and increase membership, and we worked with two UT-Dallas interns this summer.

- We Held Our First Hybrid Meeting, which had a combined attendance of roughly 50 people. Given the success of this event, we plan to hold more hybrid events in 2024.

- We Increased Board Membership in 2023 and strengthened our chapter’s strategic alliances.

- Chapter Membership, which has been trending up, held steady this year.

- We Launched Our New Chapter Website www.imcdfw.org
