Pregnant? Or Planning to Be?
When it comes to formal attire, sizing can be different from everyday clothing. But don't let that discourage you from finding the perfect dress. To ensure a good fit, take your current measurements into account and use the sizing chart to determine which size to order based on your largest measurement for bust, waist, and hip.
If you're pregnant, consider where you'll be in your pregnancy when wearing the dress and size up accordingly. For example, in the first trimester, go up one size; in the second trimester, go up two sizes; and in the third trimester, go up three sizes.
It's also important to consider your build, family history, and number of pregnancies to avoid buying a dress that's too small or too big. Remember that it's easier to take a dress in than let it out.
If you need help with sizing or have any questions about finding the right fit for your body type and pregnancy stage, talking with a stylist or experienced seamstress is highly recommended.
