Loneliness is Hard
for Kids & Teens

It’s normal to feel lonely sometimes, even when you’re not alone!

In a Mental Health America survey, more than 2/3 of children and teens between the ages of 11 and 17 actually felt stressed about loneliness.

Check out these activities from Mental Health America that kids and families can do to combat those feelings of loneliness. After trying these ideas, add to the list to create your own fun-filled healthy (and less lonely) summer.
