Loneliness is Hard
for Kids & Teens
It’s normal to feel lonely sometimes, even when you’re not alone!
In a Mental Health America survey, more than 2/3 of children and teens between the ages of 11 and 17 actually felt stressed about loneliness.
While many things can cause loneliness, summertime activities and changes in routines are a common cause. Letting those feelings linger can negatively impact your child’s overall health and well-being.
