Hello Salisbury Green Residents,

A big thank you goes out to our residents for keeping their decks and patios looking fresh. We like to thank all the pet owners for cleaning up after their pets and keeping the grounds clean for all to enjoy. The pool will be closing after Labor Day, so we encourage you to use the amenity while it is available!

We are sending a huge thank you to our maintenance and grounds team for all their hard work. The residents receive timely service on maintenance repair and the grounds always look attractive and well maintained. Have you noticed the new wall behind building 5? We'd like to thank Bodi, our new maintenance supervisor at Salisbury Green, for his hard work to repair the wall. It looks great!

I hope you are able to enjoy the rest of the summer season! I am looking forward to some crisp fall days ahead!

Fall Holidays

The Hodges Development offices and the rental offices will be closed for Employee Appreciation and Labor Day from Friday, August 30th through Monday September 2nd, 2024. The offices will reopen on Tuesday, September 2nd at 8 am.

We hope you get to enjoy the weekend!

The Hodges Development and rental offices will be closed on Monday, November 11th in observance of Veteran's Day. Our offices will reopen on Tuesday, November 11th at 8 am.

We hope you can enjoy your holiday with friends and family!

Hodges will be observing Thanksgiving Day and the following day. Our offices will be closed Thursday, November 28th and Friday, November 29th.

Our offices will reopen on Monday, December 2nd at 8 am.

Renter's Insurance - A Little Peace of Mind

As always, we recommend our residents have Renter's Insurance. Please be advised that while our insurance policy covers certain types of damage to our buildings, it does not provide coverage for your personal belongings. Whether you choose to use a local insurance agency or find an online option, it is sure to bring you some peace of mind against any accidents that could come. Carports

The last few available carports are going fast! Before you know it, the cold weather and snow will be back. Having a carport will save you from having to clean snow off your vehicle and help maintain your car for longer. If you already have a carport, ask about a discount on renting two. Give Roberta a call at the rental office 224-9130 for more information.

Pay Your Rent Online with Zego Pay!

Salisbury Green would like to remind its residents that we provide the option of online rental payments for residents!!

We provide residents the ability to pay via their checking account or ACH for free by going to Hodges Companies.com. Residents will also have the option of paying by credit card for a small fee.

Any residents interested will need to first contact Roberta at 603-224-9130 so you can be provided with a Lease ID which is required at the time you register and ensures that payment is applied correctly.

Please note, there is no cost to pay via checking account, fees may apply for other payment types.

Community Safety

We ask that residents are mindful of the security of our buildings and that you please refrain from propping open the security doors.

Although it is courteous to hold doors open for other residents that you know, please don’t allow people you don’t know into the building. It is important that guests are let in through our Security Intercom Service by the person they are here to visit.

As with any public area, it is important that residents do not leave their vehicles unlocked in their carport area or the common parking lot. This can solicit unwanted behavior.

We’d like to thank all our residents for making Salisbury Green a quality place to call home.

We ask any resident to call the police when any suspicious behavior is occurring as well as notify management of the details of any strange or unusual circumstances and behavior by individuals or groups noticed in parking lots, carports and around the grounds at any time of day.

Resident Referral Program

We continue to provide an incentive program designed to benefit our Residents and also benefit their friends and relatives who choose to make their home at Salisbury Green.

Our current program provides for a “Resident Referral Bonus” when New Residents come to Salisbury Green as a result of the referral from a present resident. There are some simple rules and guidelines to follow.

Our current offer is a “Resident Referral Bonus” which includes a bonus of $100.00 is paid to our current resident and $100.00 is paid as a bonus to the new resident who has been referred.

If you have someone in mind to refer to us with the hope of receiving this bonus, (1) please inform us in advance of their visit and (2) when they visit, they must confirm you were the person who referred them. The new prospective resident must be specific in giving us your name in order for you to receive a referral bonus.

Warner Fall Foliage Festival

October 11th - 13th

The annual 77^th Warner Fall Foliage Festival will be happening October 11^th through the 13^th this year. There are many vendors, entertainment and animals to enjoy. Warner is a quintessential New England small town, and it's Fall Festival is attended by those who enjoy smaller events, as opposed to the larger fairs listed above.
