We hear much these days about paradigm shifts and resets. Much of the chat comes from crucibles like the World Economic Forum. The WEF is a kind of “masters of the universe” boys club that meets to greet, eat, and ski at fabulously expensive hotels and restaurants in Davos, Switzerland. The globalist press covers these champagne and caviar festivals because the Fourth Estate loves to hobnob with power and money. The holy grail these days seems to be the pursuit of a “great reset,” or stakeholder capitalism — in practice, a Beijing model, more like capital communism. A Chicom theologian would argue that their “capitalism” is just a phase on the way to totalitarian social stability. For monopolist mandarins in America and Europe, the COVID-19 crisis is indeed a golden opportunity to remake the world — “capitalism with a Chinese face,” if you will.

'Biggest fraud in a generation': The looting of the Covid relief plan known as PPP
The prevalence of Covid relief fraud has been known for some time, but the enormous scope and its disturbing implications are only now becoming clear.
The total fraud in all Covid relief funds amounts to a mind-boggling sum of taxpayer money that could rival the $579 billion. Most of the losses are considered unrecoverable. Experts say millions of borrowers inflated their numbers of employees or created companies out of whole cloth
Most of the losses are considered unrecoverable, but there is still a chance to stanch the bleeding, because federal officials say $600 billion is still waiting to go out the door. No one is sure exactly how much was stolen.

Reading Russian and Ukrainian sources in the original, I know exactly who in this war is spinning lies and who is fighting for truth and freedom. Believe me, not every enemy of the liberal media is our ally or deserves sympathy. Sometimes the enemy of our enemy is an even bigger enemy.
I’m familiar with Russian propaganda well enough to recognize a scripted narrative. Some conservative hosts may not praise Putin’s ideas directly, but they favor guests and authors who deliver the influence operation script, blaming the victims and diminishing their suffering.

This important essay was published in the Libertarian Forum (1969–1984), before Nixon’s price and wage controls and many other interventions over the course of his presidency. Rothbard predicted the future state of the Nixonian economy in every respect.
He correctly sees that Republican socialism is of a special sort that benefits the GOP constituency, enjoys the tacit approval of conservative organs of opinion, and yet is no less socialistic than that wrought by Democrats in power and probably even more so.

Today we face a federal government that has taken literally hundreds of thousands of steps beyond the boundaries drawn by the Constitution. Here at the Tenth Amendment Center, we will never turn a blind eye, and step-by-step, we’re pushing the feds back.
But turning things around from a government with tens of thousands of unconstitutional “laws,” regulations, rules and orders on the books isn’t going to happen in a single step either.

Buyer Beware: Wyoming Governor Signs Fake “2nd Amendment Protection”
Act into Law
Senate Bill 102 (SF102) includes a number of sleight-of-hand legislative tricks to make it look like a ban on state and local enforcement of federal gun control, but a close look at the text quickly reveals the measure is all bark and no bite.
The new law prohibits the state or any political subdivision of the state from using “personnel or funds appropriated by the legislature of the state of Wyoming or any other source of funds that originated within the state of Wyoming to enforce, administer or cooperate with any unconstitutional act, law, treaty, executive order, rule or regulation of the United States government that infringes on or impedes the free exercise of individual rights guaranteed under the Second Amendment to the Constitution of the United States.” [emphasis added]
Banning state and local enforcement of federal gun control measures is the first essential step that states must take to bring those measures to an end. As of 2021 such laws were in effect in Missouri, Arizona and Montana. While the SF102 appears to bring Wyoming into the fold, it actually bans the enforcement of no federal gun control whatsoever.

The regulatory sword, like that of Damocles, is forever over the head of every business person in America. Consequently, most try to find a way just to avoid regulators, all too often slovenly conceding to their every demand, no matter how unreasonable.

The state was characterized as a living and supreme being comprised of the body of the people who must strive in one direction to ensure achievement of a common good, which good was said to be progress.
It was the state, not the individual, who would best direct society to a higher level of advancement under the control of experts, bureaucrats, who were said to be better able to discern the common good due to the complexities of modern society.
Draining the swamp requires more than removal of corrupt government agents; the Administrative State must also be eliminated

Pandemic Lessons Learned: CDC Versus Natural Immunity
We’ve now gradually come to realize that the most effective force that would eventually end the pandemic is natural immunity. Even Bill Gates has admitted that “the virus itself, particularly the variant called Omicron, is a type of vaccine.” With the rapid spread of Omicron and with many asymptomatic infections, millions of people have developed natural immunity, which is driving COVID-19 out of its pandemic stage and into endemicity.

Biden Has No Actual Plan to Admit 1000,000 Ukrainian Refrugees
The agencies have not produced any logistical or operational plans to carry it out, and every indication is that the administration is still not serious.
The reasons for skepticism are plentiful. Biden did not immediately raise the refugee target to 125,000 as he promised during and after his campaign. When he finally did raise the cap to 62,500, he failed to actually increase admissions at all and resettled in 2021 the fewest refugees ever. Then, when he did raise the cap to 125,000 for FY 2022, he admitted just 8,000 through half the fiscal year. Separate from the formal refugee program, he promised to evacuate Afghan allies using “humanitarian parole,” but as soon as the initial evacuation ended, he abandoned nearly all of them.
America, under the “leadership” of brain-dead Biden and the forces controlling him, has done this and, by doing so, brought the world to the brink of disaster.
Biden Administration intends to fight Russia down to the last Ukrainian.

CPAC Calls for ‘Parallel Economy’
As Big Tech’s censorship of conservatives has only increased, more conservatives say they cannot simply wait for a political solution.
“The only way we can fight is not just having similar technology but better technology that they can’t touch.” And that is the key to making a parallel economy work — politically conservative individuals need to use their talents and skills to develop technology that isn’t simply an alternative to Big Tech, but is in fact better.
Recent social media startups such as Gettr and Donald Trump’s Truth Social are attempts at this, though it remains to be seen if they will truly compete by being better than Big Tech’s social media giants or be simply similar, unimpressive alternatives.
It’s clear that Big Tech’s fascistic relationship with the political Left has become even more insidious. And while government intervention is likely necessary, conservatives need to be actively and aggressively working to develop a parallel economy in order to help preserve our fundamental freedoms.

Never Forgotten:
The Lies About
Terri Schiavo
This week marks the 17th anniversary of the court-sanctioned murder of Terri Schindler Schiavo. Under the order of a Florida judge who never bothered to visit her and an adulterous spouse-in-name-only who ranted "When is that b---- gonna die?" to one of Terri's nurses, American legal and medical authorities supervised the cruel, two-week-long starvation and dehydration of a profoundly disabled woman who was not terminally ill and who had an army of family members ready to care for her for the rest of her natural life.
Bobby Schindler, Terri's stalwart brother, penned a tribute to Terri this week as a reminder to those who have forgotten the family's landmark battle to save her life. "It was 1990, for those who do not remember, when Terri, at the age of 26, sustained a brain injury resulting from suspicious circumstances while home alone with her husband, Michael Schiavo," Bobby wrote.
"Terri's brain injury affected her ability to swallow and therefore she needed a feeding tube to receive nourishment."

Government, the Centralizing Mindset, and the Idiots in Charge
The curious thing about democracy is that somehow the worst get on top. Despite all the high-flying words, the mass campaigns, the public debates, the mass pilgrimage to the voting booths, and the many promises about greener, fairer, better, more just worlds, we somehow end up with bloated bureaucracies, unjust policies, squandering of resources—and not so seldom in mass graves.

Volodymyr Zelensky and The Dangers of Worship Culture
We are fast becoming the silliest of societies, with journalists being paid to write glowing articles about Zelensky’s green t-shirt. Sometimes, as Freud never quite said, a t-shirt is just a t-shirt. Contrary to popular belief, Zelensky did not transform the meaning of a piece of cotton. However, by writing such pieces, journalists appear to have
transformed the meaning of journalism.

A US Take on the Napoleonic Policing Model
Utilizing the Napoleonic Policing Model as a starting point and incorporating lessons learned and modeled by the Coast Guard, this paper recommends the development of a uniformed military law enforcement organization, similar to the Italian Carabinieri, which seamlessly transitions from military operations in support of national objectives to domestic operations enabling civil authority and reinforcing the rule of law. THIS IS SCARY

In our world of recriminating hatreds—in which we desire more to label those we don’t like as sexist, imperialist, racist, homophobic, transphobic, and, simultaneously, mark ourselves as victims—we often forget some important historical truths. Nothing in the world has brought about more equality and justice than has the Christian religion.

The Truth About Political Correctness
Political correctness is philosophical nonsense. What we need is Justice not just Equality, Moral Responsibility not just Freedom, Intelligence not just Reason, and Charity not just Niceness or Fraternity—even if these don’t sound so good on a banner. We need Caritas in Veritate—love in truth.

Prudence as Excellence: Edmund Burke, Abraham Lincoln, & the Problem of Greatness
Innovation, haste and abstract principles of sweeping scale—are the stuff of which greatness today is made. Burkean prudence, by contrast, operates on measure, moderation and rootedness in the concreteI
Lincoln warns that men of “ambition” will inevitably arise. When such a man does, “Distinction will be his paramount object, and although he would as willingly, perhaps more so, acquire it by doing good as harm, yet, that opportunity being past, and nothing left to be done in the way of building up, he would set boldly to the task of pulling down.”

Education Freedom--the Civil Rights Issue of our Time - Allen West
Our children are being forcibly indoctrinated in the philosophy of cultural Marxism masquerading under the title of Critical Race Theory. Leftist elected officials and the teachers’ unions are allowing children to be abused by this indoctrination even as they insist on insidious masking mandates that further stunt their social development.
We are watching history being redefined by the progressive socialist left, such as America was not founded on July 4th 1776, but rather in 1619. In the perspective of the progressive socialist left the word 'teach' is replaced with 'indoctrinate'.

Preschool: Lawmakers Should Approach with Caution
Currently, parents enjoy a wide variety of preschool options. Unfortunately, the mandates and regulations that would accompany a federal universal program would likely put many providers out of business. Smaller providers would be particularly hard‐hit. The most likely to survive would be one of the less popular options: secular, center‐based preschools. Furthermore, there is strong evidence that universal programs are less helpful for disadvantaged children than targeted programs, while the research is mixed as to the benefits of preschool programs of all sizes.

Michael Kelly
A new report warns that decarbonisation necessitates major cuts to health and education spending. Former Conservative Party leader Sir Iain Duncan Smith, in a foreword to Dr Kelly’s report, has called for an “honest and open debate” on Net Zero, warning that politicians have not sufficiently scrutinised the requirements, and saying that they must level with the public about the sacrifices required.

For God's Sake, This Man (Biden) Cannot Remain in Power
Jeff Crouere
No American should have any confidence in the ability of 79-year-old Joe Biden to lead our country in a crisis or a war.
During this dangerous time, are we comfortable trusting a mentally debilitated man prone to outbursts at the helm?
Under President Biden, almost one million Americans have died from Covid mostly during his administration.

Rat Colony Beneath D.C. Disgusted To Find City Infested With Politicians"
Ewww! No wonder our ancestors made their home in the bowels of the earth," said Whisker Nosewrangle in ancient Sumerian, the language all rats speak. "Disgusting!"
"Rats, it is hereby forbidden to breach the surface," said a representative of the rat council. "The way is shut! We cannot allow the infestation to corrupt our minarchist utopia."
Surface rats who previously had no knowledge of the subterranean rat colony promptly abandoned their homes in favor of a more just and dignified society.
"Politicians are filthy and yet humans flock after them," explaineda bewildered rodent from the surface. The rat council ordered passage to the surface barricaded and advised their society to mask up and wash thoroughly to help slow the spread of politics.

BREAKING: Biden caught reading ‘Global Thermonuclear War for Dummies’ on break
“Biden is clearly trying to figure things out as he goes,” political analyst Sam Eagle said. “It is very promising that he’s at least attempting to learn about the complexities of global thermonuclear conflict despite his abysmal IQ.”
Sources close to the White House said that he was able to read the first two pages, but later confirmed it was just the first two words.
White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki said that Biden would finish.
“They do a great job explaining a difficult subject to someone with the brain the size of a walnut,” Psaki said. “Not that the president has a brain the size of a walnut, but you get the picture.”
“He’s going to finish the book. Let’s just hope he can do it before we all burn up in a fiery nuclear holocaust,” Eagle added.

Pride Flag Switches To Infrared Spectrum After Running Out Of Visible Colors
Organizers of the Transgender Day Of Visibility unveiled an updated pride flag this week at a ceremony in Malibu. After running out of colors in the visible light spectrum, the new pride flag features colors that are only visible with special infrared goggles.
“Human beings are only capable of seeing around a million different colors with the naked eye,” said designer Wesley Arturio. “Obviously there’s, like, way more than a million different genders and sexual orientations, so we moved to the infrared spectrum, which is about 3,000 times wider than the visible light spectrum.”
Samantha Romez, who identifies as a poly-unsaturated septgender furry, said it’s about time that folks like xiself were represented on the pride flag. .
