Hello MBV Residents,

It’s been a wonderful summer season here at Meadowbrook. We are in the home stretch of summer temps and soon enough more comfortable temperatures will be arriving to provide us a quintessential New England fall. In this Newsletter we have provided a list of some seasonal fun as well as local orchards which are sure to provide some great options this season for selecting your seasonal fruits, pies or flowers.

Management would like to say thank you to those residents who have helped in keeping us informed, assisting our efforts to provide quality service and maintain a high standard of living for our residents. Thank you! We have a lot of new faces around Meadowbrook Village and would like to welcome all our new residents! We hope your stay will be long and enjoyable!!!

Fall Holidays

The Hodges Development offices and the rental offices will be closed for Employee Appreciation and Labor Day from Friday, August 30th through Monday September 2nd, 2024. The offices will reopen on Tuesday, September 2nd at 8 am.

We hope you get to enjoy the weekend!

The Hodges Development and rental offices will be closed on Monday, November 11th in observance of Veteran's Day. Our offices will reopen on Tuesday, November 11th at 8 am.

We hope you can enjoy your holiday with friends and family!

Hodges will be observing Thanksgiving Day and the following day. Our offices will be closed Thursday, November 28th and Friday, November 29th.

Our offices will reopen on Monday, December 2nd at 8 am.

Renter's Insurance - A Little Peace of Mind

As always, we recommend our residents have Renter's Insurance. Please be advised that while our insurance policy covers certain types of damage to our buildings, it does not provide coverage for your personal belongings. Whether you choose to use a local insurance agency or find an online option, it is sure to bring you some peace of mind against any accidents that could come. Pool and Carwash Closes

We hope our residents have enjoyed spending time at the Pool Area over the Summer season, soon it will be time to end this Summer with a SPLASH as our pool and carwash station is scheduled for closing for the season after Labor Day in September 2024.

Submitting Maintenance Requests

Management would like to remind all residents who may have a standard maintenance request that you can request service by contacting Meredith directly via email MBV@hodgescompanies.com or by phone 603-298-5610. Residents can also request general maintenance electronically by visiting hodgescompanies.com.

If there is ever a need for Emergency Maintenance and it is after regular office hours residents can contact On-Call Emergency Maintenance by dialing 603-298-5610 and pressing 1.

Please do not request service from the maintenance team directly as service tickets are used to track maintenance requests accordingly. Thank you!

Pay Your Rent Online with Zego Pay!

Meadowbrook Village would like to remind its residents that we provide the option of online rental payments for residents!!

Interested in easy, online payments? Contact Meredith at 603-298-5610 to ger your Lease ID then head to hodgescompanies.com and select "Pay your rent online" and follow the prompts to register.

Please note, there is no cost to pay via checking account, fees may apply for other payment types.

Resident Referral Program

Fall Into Some Cash with our Referral Bonus Program. Our program rewards you for referring new residents to MBV!

Our Resident Referral Program includes a bonus of $100 for our current resident and $100 to the new resident who has been referred.

If you have someone in mind to refer to us with the hope of receiving this bonus, (1) please inform us in advance of their visit and (2) when they visit, they must confirm you were the person who referred them. The new prospective resident must be specific in giving us your name in order for you to receive a referral bonus.

Upcoming Local Events

With the summer season winding down and fall approaching, we hope our residents at Meadowbrook Village will have a chance to get out to one of the local orchards to purchase some cider, pick some apples, find the perfect pumpkin, enjoy a corn maze, or take a hayride. Here are some local orchards and events you may want to check out!

Poverty Lane Orchards

Lebanon, NH

In September and October, they offer acres of Pick-Your-Own, tons of different ready-picked apples, many other local treats and plenty of space for outdoor fun, woodland walks, and hanging out as long as you like!

Patch Orchards

Lebanon, NH

Join them in September, October and November for their annual corn maze! Apple picking is available from the last weekend in August until mid to late October. Their farm stand features hard cider, cider doughnuts, maple soft serve, apple products, maple products and local produce.

Colburn Park

Thursdays through September, 4-7pm

Enjoy wonderful selections of local fresh produce, plants, prepared food and handmade crafts. Live music each week performed by folk and traditional musicians from around new England. Market Music starts at 4pm -6:30pm.

Brew Fest is an annual fund raising event sponsored by the Rotary Club of Lebanon. There will be many beer vendors, live music and games. The funds raised are used to support the local non-profit organizations and to support the youth in the community.
