HIPMC Partner Listening Session

We want to hear your story!


As we enter the 2023 CHNA (Community Health Needs Assessment) data collection cycle, the HIPMC is closing out the 2018-2023 Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) cycle, and we want to capture all the progress you've made in the plan's three priority areas- Access to Care, Access to Healthy Food, and Early Childhood Development! We are inviting partners who work in these areas to attend an online listening session to share their experiences and be included in the CHIP closeout report.

The Alzheimer's Research and Prevention Foundation is presenting its 30th Anniversary landmark conference - a gathering of some of the world’s leading experts in brain longevity, including esteemed faculty from University of Arizona and Banner Institute, along with the incredible community of Brain Longevity Specialists. The conference will explore the latest developments in Alzheimer's prevention, research trends, and practical tips to keep our brains in optimal health, with a particular focus on women who are at highest risk.
