Subject: My Book is in!!
Hello Friends:
My new book is finally out in Paperback and Hardcopy form. Below is my video of opening my first shipment. Interestingly it sold out in my office in about 20 minutes. So I went ahead and ordered another shipment which should be in sometime next week. The book will also be carried by local bookstores here in Belfast and Searsport. The audible version should also be available soon on the Audible app. Will keep you all posted when that is out since I often like to listen to books while I am driving. Below are links to courses, free downloads, and the first chapter pdf of the book . This book is 20 years in the making and it has the potential to tranform you life and the way you react and think about stress. ps. I am currently working on a new novel called 'The Immortal One' which combines the search for the fountain of youth with an adventure thriller. Stay tuned. Should be out this summer with some previews coming up.
