Throughout the years Tazz has formed a successful ongoing relationship with Zephyr Partners. Due to this progressing partnership, we have had the pleasure to assist Zephyr in their client’s lighting needs. We started brainstorming the project Birmingham and Lakes back in July 2020 with it coming to fruition in late winter/ early spring 2021
This project contained 8 different residences with an assortment of decorative fixtures being specified. Tazz worked hand and hand with Jeremy from Zephry as well as some of the home buyers on specific fixtures they wanted to incorporate in their design.
In this month's newsletter, we are featuring Parcel 7. A fun attribute that is seen in the photos is the 3 matte black picture lights mounted above the kitchen stove framing the whole back wall giving it a strong symmetric point of view. This was a great design feature subtly attracting your attention to the beautiful details in the kitchen cabinetry.
Another fun feature that works perfectly with the indoor-outdoor lifestyle is the outdoor-rated fans that we supplied. The matte black fans are sleek and sophisticated being the perfect accent detail against the custom wood awning. This is the perfect addition to relaxing outside while still maintaining a nice breeze in sunny San Diego. Another added benefit to an outdoor fan is energy efficiency.
