If you would like to contribute to Project “Help Out – Carry Out”, your tax-deductible donation may be made through the Logan County Economic Development Corporation, a 501(C)(3) charity. Please make checks out to LCEDC, with “Restaurant Project” in the memo line. The Bank of Colorado has agreed to accept checks at their Drive-Thru Window, in keeping with social-distancing protocol.

The Sterling Community Fund is joining with the Logan County Economic Development Corporation and the Logan County Chamber of Commerce to launch Project “Help Out – Carry Out”, a community effort to benefit all Logan County restaurants.
The concept is simple. Customers at a participating restaurant write a name and phone number on the back of their restaurant receipt, which is then entered in a drawing for a $100 gift card to be used at that restaurant.
Customers may enter drawings multiple times -- each time they make a restaurant purchase – and winners will be announced after the COVID-19 restrictions are lifted.
Gift cards for this project are funded by a Sterling Community Fund Grant, which is being matched by individual contributors.
Find boxes at these locations: The Grill, Hootenannies, Hot Spot - Sterling, Hot Spot - Peetz, J & L Cafe, Jimmy’s Pizza, Lu’s Buffalo Stop, Pizza Hut, Wonderful House, Arby’s, Dairy Queen, Baja, Mi Ranchito, Santiagos, Daylight Donut, Orange Leaf, Jimmy John’s, Little Caesar’s, Sonic, Parts and Labor, Hot Java, Brew Grit, McCauley’s Mustache Cafe, Taco John’s, Subway, Simkins Parlour, McDonald's and Overland Trail Cafe at the Ramada.
