Mike Hoover named President-Elect for the
ο»ΏTexas Society of Professional Surveyors
The Texas Society of Professional Surveyors (TSPS) is the statewide professional organization representing more than 1,600 surveying professionals across Texas. Mike Hoover has been elected President-Elect for the 2025-2026 term and will serve as Chair of the Society Affairs Division, placing him in a key leadership role within one of the state's most respected professional organizations.
From a local perspective, this means a Crystal Beach professional and owner of Seacoast Surveyors, LLC is helping lead the surveying profession at the state level. As President-Elect, Mike is positioned to advance to President of TSPS in the future, representing surveyors across Texas on issues involving land ownership, property boundaries, mapping, education, ethics, and legislative advocacy.
