Willow Ranch Lake sign was on the floor. Reinstalled it on the 4 x 4 post.
Tighten up table at the splash pad Playground under the gazebo. Table was loose. All screws were tightened.
Magnetic lock at gym was repaired by Team Wired.
Put up small garage sale signs all throughout the community.
Lost Mill repairing small white dot speed bumps.
Small HOA fencing by 7&8 was broken. It has been repaired with new screws.
7 garage sale banners have been put up throughout the community.
Windows were cleaned
Damaged panel of wrought iron fence in Section 7 near Blue Gama Drive on the golf course lot was fixed.
Irrigation repairs on controller # 13 located on Mallory Bridge at Oak Glen Meadows Dr. and Queenston. Due an alarm about defective decoder on station # 6 that’s irrigates the monument flowers bed. A broken rotor head was replaced.
Irrigation repair made on controller # 11 located on the pocket park along keystone fairway and Acanthus ln . 4 broken 4” irrigation sprays heads and 3 lateral leaks on the round islands on keystone fairway and also at Rosillon Dr. were replaced, 3 broken rotors on stations #21 and # 22 on the island at Houston national Blvd were replaced, 2 broken valve boxes and 4-4” broken sprays heads on the island at Houston national Blvd and Queenston were replaced, a 1-1/2 “ lateral leaks damage during excavations from AT&T was repaired.
Lake Management:
During today's maintenance visit, the following was conducted: The crew collected trash and debris from all lakes and shorelines on the Stone Gate side of the community.
Entry Water Features: We added chlorine shock to each feature and cleared all the debris baskets.
Island Shores (Lake 1): The lights and timers are functional and accurate. The fountain is running and flowing properly. The well meter readings were recorded. The water level is normal.
Island Shores (Lake 2): The lights and timers are functional and accurate. The fountain is running properly. The outfall was clear of blockages.
Bluff Springs (Lake 3): We recorded the well meter reading. The water level is about four inches low. The lights and timers are functional and accurate. The fountain is running properly.
Bluff Springs (Lake 4): The fountain is running properly. The lights and timers are functional and accurate. The outfall was cleared of debris.
Harmony Springs: Fountain #2 still has no incoming power due to the dismantled CenterPoint meter. The Entry fountain is running properly. The lights and timers are functional and accurate. We recorded the well meter reading. The water level is normal.
Danbury Bridge: All three fountains are running properly. The lights and timers are functional and accurate. The back fountain's timer was off by a few hours, likely due to a power outage. We adjusted it to the correct time. The crew cleared debris from the outfall. The water level is normal.
Villages III: While driving through, we noticed this fountain was not running. We were able to reset it and cycle it on and off a few times without an issue. It is back up and running, and we will continue to monitor its functionality.
All other fountains on the Canyon Lakes Side of the community were running when we drove through at the end of today's maintenance. No other issues were detected while on site.

Keystone Fairway:
Identified callbox issues. Bad board needs to be replaced.
Ruby Canyon:
Operator re-installation on hold pending wiring re-route.
Canyon Green:
Identified callbox touch screen issue. Will get with tech support soon to get this figured out.
Mariners Bay:
Operator mounted on the new pad. Wired power up.
Mallory Bridge:
Fixed the flex and wire to fit it under the cover better. Wired in all but the loops. Need the plug.

Arm installation rained out. Postponed until Thursday.
Thursday:
New Light Bend:
Entry gate was open. Re-aligned the Beam. Tested gate. Gate operational.
Mallory Bridge:
Installed exit side arm. Set limits. Tested gate. Turned on the entry operators. Then tested the Transcore Reader, callboxes, and codes. All checked out. Gates operational.
Mariners Bay:
Re-installed entry operator and arm. Tested the callbox and Trouble shot issues with a bad screen. Submitted bid for callbox repair.
Ruby Canyon:
Plan to re-install operator on tomorrow.
Keystone Fairway
Submitted bid for callbox repair.
Friday:
Ruby Canyon:
Re-installed exit side operator & arm and tested. Powered up entry side. Tested the callbox, transcore, and codes. Gate fully operational.
Canyon Green:
Entry gate was open due to callbox. Performed tech support. Tested and gate operational.
