We Did It!

Our welding program has officially begun!! Thank you so much to all of our partners: The Town of Superior, Resolution Copper, Rebuild Superior, Central Arizona College, Cobre Valley Institute of Technology, and the Superior Chamber of Commerce. It is because of these amazing partnerships that we have been able to bring the first credit bearing course offered at this site in 24 years!

Highlights

Rebuild Superior and the Superior Enterprise Center were honored to host a visit from Congressman Ruben Gallego. He toured the Multigenerational Center and the Enterprise Center. He also spent time listening and responding to issues raised by the various groups in attendance. This was another great opportunity to share our story and highlight the amazing things we have going on in town.

Enterprise Center Tips

Setting effective goals is crucial for the success of small business owners. Here are some strategies to help you set and achieve your business goals:

  1. Specificity: Clearly define your goals. Instead of a vague objective like "increase sales," specify the target amount and timeframe, such as "increase monthly sales by 20% within the next quarter."
  2. Measurable: Establish criteria for measuring progress. This could include metrics like revenue, customer satisfaction scores, or website traffic. Measurable goals provide a clear indication of success.
  3. Achievable: Ensure that your goals are realistic and attainable. While aiming high is good, setting unattainable goals can lead to frustration and demotivation.
  4. Relevant: Align your goals with your overall business objectives. They should contribute to the long-term success and growth of your business. If a goal doesn't serve this purpose, reconsider its relevance.
  5. Time-Bound: Set specific deadlines for achieving your goals. This adds a sense of urgency and helps you stay focused. For example, "launch a new product line within the next three months."
  6. Break Down Into Smaller Tasks: Large goals can be overwhelming. Break them down into smaller, manageable tasks. This makes the process more achievable and allows for incremental progress.
  7. Regular Review: Regularly review your goals to track progress. Assess what's working and what isn't. Adjust your strategies if necessary. This ongoing evaluation is crucial for staying on course.

Remember that goal setting is an iterative process. Regularly revisit and revise your goals to ensure they remain aligned with your business vision and the evolving market conditions.
