National Humor Month

April is National Humor Month, celebrate by adding humor to your routine each day. You can tickle your own funny bone. If you really think about it, you can probably think of a funny situation with your child, grandchild, friend, or simply observing people around you. Give it a try this month.

In case you're wondering what I've been up to since last month, I'm taking a class with Comedian Mic Larry called Funny Is Funny. It has been a blast meeting other comedians and laughing and learning together.

It's your turn, what will you do this month to make funny a part of your day?

I'm excited to share that I'll be on stage at the Toledo Funnybone on April 27th - Open Mic Night hosted by Ronnie Shanell. If you're in the Ohio area, stop by for laughs. There will be a lot of comedians to enjoy. Click here for tickets.

Homework...
Here's your task:
Take the Laughter Challenge - Find something that makes you laugh, smile or chuckle, every day during the month of April. Share a laugh with a friend, colleague, or family member once a week.

What life situations have caused you to chuckle? Below is my YouTube video clip - Humor Happy Hour: Weight Loss. If you think kids say the darndest things, check out what my mom says to me related to weight loss. Follow my YouTube channel for more giggles about everyday life.

Read a few stories, jot down your thoughts, and remain grounded in your faith. Menopause Ain't No Joke is a non-traditional devotional. Pick up a copy for yourself or a friend.
What's So Funny?
I'm new at the practice of Yoga and often talk back to the virtual instructor. Pictured is a pose I was most successful at...Savasana...lying flat on my back, relaxed.
My son left a note for me the night before I started a new job, and supported my gum chewing habit.
Engage in humor. What makes you smile?
