Marina Memos
 
  • Once a vessel is purchased by another party that is already docked within the marina, please be aware the slip is not included in the sale of the vessel. Once a vessel is purchased by another party, it must vacate the marina immediately, or contact the Main Office immediately to start their own new contract and provide the necessary documents. ****Until we have the new vessel owners information, YOU or the SELLER is still responsible for the dockage of the vessel****
 
  •    In order to dock a boat at Halifax Harbor Marina, it MUST be registered in the slip renter’s name
 
  •    All vessels must be insured for a MINIMUM of $300,000.00 for Liability.
 
  •    Vessels MUST move under their own power
 
  • The Halifax Harbor Marina Office MUST have copies of boater’s current registration and insurance.

  • Weekly Pump Outs - Everyone must call by Monday at 5:00 PM to be put on the list for that week. Weekly pump outs will be for live aboard customers ONLY. Please adjust accordingly

  • Live Aboards - Please come to the office and pick up a new parking sticker for your vehicle
 
 
Lastly, just a quick reminder, each boat owner is responsible for their guest's behavior. ***Let's all be considerate of the people around us.***

Trailers Parked on Marina Property WILL BE TOWED
If you recognize these trailers, please remove them ASAP. We are working with the Daytona Police Department to remove all unmarked and unattended trailers in out Beach Street parking lot.
