Lake Management:
During today's maintenance visit, the following was conducted:
The crew collected trash from all lakes on the Canyon side of the community.
Entry Water Features: We adjusted the flow valves on the East feature, so the geysers are all spraying evenly and at a normal height. The crew cleaned all the debris baskets and added chlorine shock to each feature.
Villages III: The fountain is running and flowing properly. The lights and timers are functional and accurate. The outfall was clear, and water level is normal.
Switchback: We noticed fountain #1 by Sulphur Stream Dr was spraying lower than normal due to excess debris clogging the fountain's screen. We cleared the blockage, so all four fountains are now running and flowing properly. The lights and timers are all functional and accurate. The outfall was clear.
Willow Ranch: Both fountains are running and flowing properly. The lights and timers are functional and accurate. The crew cleared debris from the outfall. The water level is normal.
Nautical Point (Lake 4): The lights and timers are functional and accurate. The fountain is running and flowing properly.
Mariner's Bay: Both fountains are running and flowing properly. The lights and timers are functional and accurate. The outfall was clear of blockages.
Nautical Point (Lake 5): We replaced a bad timer battery for the light timer. The lights are now functional, and the timers are accurate. The fountain is running and flowing properly.
Additionally, the back fountain in Harmony Springs still has no incoming power due to the dismantled CenterPoint meter. All other fountains on the Stone Gate side of the community were running as we drove through at the end of maintenance.
