Hello neighbors!
It takes many people to keep operations moving smoothly in a community as big as ours. We are looking for residents who are interested in volunteering their time to assist in two key areas: the ACC Committee and our Social Committee.
The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is responsible for approving homeowner requests for property modifications submitted through our community TownSquare app on a weekly basis. Free online training is required.
The Social Committee is responsible for assisting the Board in organizing community social events within budget. Without resident volunteers, we may be unable to hold social events that bring neighbors together and strengthen community relationships.
Architectural Control Committee (ACC) Responsibilities:
- Be knowledgeable of the HOA’s Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs).
- Make reasonable efforts to assist residents in completing or correcting ACC requests.
- Commit to reviewing 10-15 applications weekly. Each application may take 5 minutes or longer to review.
- Review, approve, or deny plans and specifications for each ACC request application on a weekly basis online through the TownSquare app.
Social Committee:
- Provide recommendations for events, activities, and budgets to the Board of Directors.
- Assist and support community events and activities to promote a positive environment.
- Partner with local businesses to provide goods and services at events.
- Assist with Yard of the Month and Holiday Decoration Contests.
