Illumination by Quintessa Sauvignon Blanc

As always, we encourage you to mark your calendars early—our upcoming events tend to fill quickly, and we’d love to see you there.

Whether you’re joining us for an intimate tasting, an educational session, or a special collaboration, each gathering is designed to deepen your appreciation for great wine while connecting you with others who share that passion.

Stay tuned for more details, and don’t hesitate to reach out if you’d like help choosing the perfect event for you.

We are pleased to announce the soft opening of our wine studio, located in the heart of downtown Fredericksburg.

“L’atelier du vin” — the wine workshop — captures exactly how we approach our work. An atelier is more than a place. It’s a space of craft, curiosity, and collaboration, where ideas are shaped with intention and expertise. That spirit mirrors our philosophy: thoughtful, hands-on guidance rooted in deep knowledge of wine.

Visits are available by appointment, and we look forward to welcoming you at your convenience.

"I know a little cottage where everything's just right,"

On April 30, Puerta del Lobo is giving an exclusive presentation on their latest real estate venture, coming soon to Johnson City, Texas.

More than a place to live, this vineyard estate neighborhood is a return to what homeownership was always meant to represent—a lasting legacy rooted in land, craft, and connection.

At Puerta del Lobo, the rhythms of the vineyard and the stewardship of the land create a sense of continuity that extends beyond any single generation. Each home bears its own label, allowing your family to become part of a larger story, where your family name is not just preserved, but lived daily.

Puerta del Lobo is now inviting a limited number of founding families to own a private vineyard estate in the Texas Hill Country.

Limited space available. Contact us for more information.

"... suddenly my name changed. Not just me anymore, but Mom."

We have a special Mother's Day weekend planned, and we'd love for you to join us! Find VinoCadre in the main lobby at La Cantera Resort & Spa in San Antonio for a complimentary tasting of hand-picked Hill Country wines. Grab a glass (or two) and sip, stroll, and explore.

From 2pm-5pm on May 8 and May 9, we'll be joined by local artisans for a lively reception celebrating Texas craftsmanship. Expect a joyful afternoon perfect for both quality time and quality wine.

No reservation necessary.

"Knowledge comes, but wisdom lingers, and I linger on the shore,"

Take a deeper dive into Texas Reserve wines at Hilmy Cellars with winemaker Taylor Szymanski and VinoCadre founder and sommelier Andre Boada. This is a more focused, lecture-style experience — designed for those who want to truly understand what’s in the glass, not just taste it.

Across five carefully selected wines and seasonal pairings, you’ll explore the nuances of production, terroir, and structure in an engaging, education-forward setting. Join us from 2–4 PM for a thoughtful, guided session that goes beyond the typical tasting.

"It's spring, you're young, you're lovely,"

Wander through the relaxed garden at Calivence Bar + Bistro as you enjoy a walk-around tasting designed for easy discovery and connection. Sample a curated selection of wines at your own pace, with thoughtful pairings woven throughout the experience.

At intervals during the evening, sommelier Andre Boada will gather guests for brief, engaging talks offering insights into the wines, their origins, and what makes each pour unique. It’s the perfect balance of casual exploration and guided learning, set amongst the wilds of spring.
