Our mission: to be a sign of Christ’s love for the world.
How wonderful to worship together in our sanctuary! As we adjust to sharing space again, please be mindful of safe social distancing.

Please sit on the END of the pew where the sign is. They are arranged in an alternating pattern to ensure space. The side aisles are marked every other pew.

All worshippers are to wear masks while in our sanctuary out of love and safety for our youngest folks for whom the vaccine has not been available and adults who cannot be vaccinated.

As always, please joyfully fellowship with one another once you depart the building on our lovely front yard, courtyard, or parking lot --- with or without a mask, as you feel comfortable.

Thank you for living in Christian love with all folks as we journey through these days.

Our Appreciation And Gratitude Goes To Jared Stewart-Ginsburg
As he finishes his last Sunday as part-time Loft Band director today. Jared began his service with Dilworth Church as full-time Director of Children, Family, and Adult Ministries 5 ½ years ago. Almost three years ago, he moved into the part-time Loft position in order to pursue full-time study at UNCC for his Ph.D. Having finished his degree, we rejoice with Jared as he accepts an associate professorship at Francis Marion University in Florence, SC. We will miss you, Jared, but we are so very proud of you. Blessings upon you as you continue to serve God in new ways through education. We expect to continue to see and fellowship with both Jared and Amy, for this is not goodbye but a new phase of the journey in call.
Altar Flowers
This Sunday's flowers are given in memory of Bob Hodges by his family: Nancy, Doug, Tommy, Michelle, Tom, Louise Thomas, Jo. If you want to see these beautiful arrangements, make sure you watch the Worship service on Facebook Live. In addition to the calendar on Aisha’s office door, we’ve created a Sign-Up Genius to make it super easy to reserve a date to place flowers on the altar. Flowers on the altar make our worship more beautiful and alive. If you would like to use the church’s florist, The Blossom Shop, Aisha will be happy to call in the order for you. The standard seasonal arrangement they provide is $50 plus tax but will enhance it with specific flower and color requests for an additional cost. You can also bring in an arrangement from your garden, a market, or wherever you want to get them. We’ve got lots of available dates, so click here to sign-up for 2021, and let’s bring some of the beauty of God’s creation into our worship in the Sanctuary.
