News From The Floor
FillTech USA is excited to announce our brand new Hot Fill Line. This machine will be a gamechanger with its ability to fill face sticks, bottles, jars and tins at a new high speed rate. In addition to being able to produce hot fills, it can also do cold products with a chilling capability of -15° Celsius. With 8 filling heads and a volume ability of 15ml to 100ml, it takes 5 employees to run it. The Hot Fill Line will be adding labeling, coding and shrink sleeve accessories over the next 3 months. This is a very versatile piece of equipment, with a small footprint, that will allow us to produce many exciting products in the near future!
Tatiyana Spann
Line Lead/Machine Operator
Our spotlight this week is on Tatiyana Spann. Tatiyana started her career with FillTech USA in early 2021. She currently holds the position of Line Lead/Machine Operator. Tatiyana enjoys working with machines and in her spare time she likes to work on cars, watch sports and spend time with her family, especially her godson. If Tatiyana could meet anyone in the world it would be Lebron James, because he inspires her to be great and to never give up on achieving her goals, and because he is her favorite NBA player! Another inspiration to Tatiyana is her Auntie and fellow employee, Alisha Price. Three words to best describe Tatiyana would be funny, caring and adventurous. However, don’t ask her to go on any adventures that involve snakes because snakes are her biggest fear! Tatiyana defines success as staying focused and motivated and her motto in life is “Never give up and always walk with your head held high.” God is her motivator and she is blessed to be able to work with some really great people. If you ever have a chance to sit down with Tatiyana you will see that she has a very interesting personality and if you sit down with her to enjoy a good seafood boil, well, that would be even better because that is her favorite food! Thank you, Tatiyana, for being a part of our team!

Fun and Food @ FillTech USA
Every quarter, FillTech USA provides a catered lunch to all their employees as an appreciation for all their hard work. At the beginning of each lunch, bonuses are handed out to the employees with good attendance during that quarter. On October 12, 2022, FillTech USA had their 3rd Quarter Employee Appreciation Lunch. We had a Mexican Fiesta catered by a local favorite, Debbie Suggs Catering. All the employees recognized Breast Cancer Awareness month by wearing pink! Good food and fun were had by all.

Did you hear Julie Andrews will no longer endorse cheap lipstick? It crumbles easily and makes her breath smell. She explained, "The super color fragile lipstick gives me halitosis."
