Happy New Year!
A Look Back at 2020
Looking back at last year, we wanted to share with you some of the great partnerships, stories and accomplishments we experienced throughout the year. We were able to move our Harlem office to a new location at the corner of 105th and 3rd Avenue, New York, NY. We were able to give back to our community alongside Council Woman Diana Ayala. And we were also able to provide assistance, trainings and services to our aids, nurses and patients all the while keeping COVID measures and protocols.

We want to thank you as this year would have not been possible without you.
"We Got You Covered" Hosted by Council Woman Diana Ayala
In November of 2020, two of our HUH members, Andrea and Tasha were able to take part in Council Woman, Diana Ayala's "We Got You Covered" event. It occurred at La Cuevita Community Garden on 71 East 176th Street. They provided hats, gloves and scarves to displaced and senior citizens. They also handed out goodie bags, hot chocolate, coffee, water and N95 face masks.
Tasha expressed that: "it was a great experience, as a lot of seniors came by and enjoyed themselves. There was free food, good music, and even a dance crew!" They were able to dance all the while keeping COVID safety protocols and measures, get to know the people in the neighborhood and let them know that HUH is there to support and care for them. Andrea also felt that it was a great opportunity for her as she got to meet some important leaders of the community of such as Violeta Galagarza while giving back.
Events like these remind us of what's important in life.
