During this Thanksgiving season, let me take a moment to show my gratitude. I'm profoundly grateful for the families who trust us to care for their most precious gift, their baby, during such a tender time. To our dedicated staff, thank you for pouring your hearts into each moment of care and showing endless compassion. To our community partners, thank you for uniting with us in the mission to heal families and provide the care our little ones need. To our incredible volunteers, thank you for the love you bring, for every cuddle and comforting touch. And to our generous donors, your support allows us to make a difference every day—thank you for believing in our work and our mission.

TTLS HIGHLIGHTS

There are not enough words to express our gratitude for all of the support we received at the 2nd Annual Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star event. Over 230 people - 50% of whom are new to the Hushabye Nursery mission - joined us at the Westin Kierland in Scottsdale. Thank you for helping us to celebrate our achievements and helping spread the word! Together we have, are, and will make a world of difference.

While we raised over $300,000 through this fundraiser, several attendees won fabulous raffle items—trips, sporting tickets, chef experiences, and so much more. Thank you to the companies who donated raffle items.

IT'S OUR BIRTHDAY

We turn 4 on November 17!

We opened our doors in 2020 and have had the pleasure of serving 880 babies. That number doesn't include the lives we've touched and the families we helped stay together. These last four years have been such a wonderful gift.

What started as a dream to make a difference in the lives of newborns born opioid-exposed has evolved into helping the entire family break the cycle of addiction. We feel very blessed to introduce this unique care model to our country since we are the first facility of this kind.

LIVES FOREVER CHANGED

"Blessed" is the word that Andre and Chantel, parents of Loyal, a Hushabye Nursery graduate, use to describe their feelings about their Hushabye Nursery experience. "They will be there for you every step of the way down to the smallest detail. We will forever be indebted to them."

"Loyal is the most beautiful, happy-go-lucky baby girl. Just a pure miracle." Loyal was born exposed to opioids, but after her brief stay at Hushabye, she's grown into a beautiful, happy, healthy six-month-old.

If another couple finds themselves in a similar situation, Andre says, "Don't give up on yourself or your baby. There's hope. It's not going to be easy. Hushabye is truly a miracle, a life-saving support."

OPPORTUNITIES TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE

December 3 is Giving Tuesday, a national campaign that everyone can take part in. A better future is being built in the billions of little actions we do each day. Acts of care, love, and understanding extend outward like the threads of a beautiful tapestry.
