The Sycamore Township Trustees hold public meetings regularly on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month, with some exceptions. The next meeting will take place Tuesday, December 16, at 6:00 p.m. This is the last Trustee meeting of the year.

Resolution 2025-113 Setting Trustee Meeting Dates & Times

On December 2, 2025, the Board of Township Trustees of Sycamore passed Resolution 2025-113 setting Trustee Meeting dates for 2026. “For 2026, the regular meetings of the Board of Township Trustees of Sycamore Township shall be held at the Township Building located at 8540 Kenwood Road, Sycamore Township, Ohio 45236 on the first and third Tuesday of each month at 6:00 P.M. except for the first meeting in November, which will be held on Wednesday, November 4, 2026.” The complete text of the Resolution may be obtained or viewed in the Office of the Fiscal Officer of Sycamore Township, 8540 Kenwood Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45236 or online at Resolution-2025-113.pdf

Please join us for Dillonvale Luminaria! This holiday tradition will take place on Saturday, December 13, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Bechtold Park Pavilion, 4312 Sycamore Road.

Luminaria kits are available until December 12th at Ace Hardware in the Dillonvale Shopping Center. Kit includes 6 pre-filled luminary bags and tea candles for $9.99.

Three holiday decorations winners will receive a prize from a local business and be featured on the Township’s website!

Bring the kids for a visit and photos with Santa Claus compliments of MPower Youth Sports, take a hayride through the streets of Dillonvale to view holiday lights, and enjoy refreshments courtesy of Dillonvale IGA. The Dillonvale Luminaria is sure to get you and your family into the holiday spirit!

Curbside Leaf Collection Extended!

Due to the recent snow, the Sycamore Township Maintenance Department has extended curbside leaf collection! All leaves must be raked to the curb by Monday, December 22nd at 8:00 a.m. for guaranteed pickup. Leaves should be brought to the curb or berm of the road and should not be placed in a ditch line or in the street. Please do not mix other yard waste items, such as twigs or grass, with the leaves.

Snow Removal

Winter weather is in the forecast!

Please do your part to assist the Maintenance Department in the event of snow or icy conditions in the Township by removing vehicles from the street!

Parking vehicles in your garage or driveway when the forecast calls for winter weather will help us to effectively and safely clear the roads. Let’s work together to have a safe winter season!
